Real Madrid chief Mijatovic: We're happy with Diarra

Real Madrid sports chief Pedja Mijatovic has denied reports the board has agreed to sell Mahamadou Diarra in January.

Marca reported yesterday that Real directors had settled on cashing in on Diarra after see his position become obsolete under new coach Bernd Schuster this season.

However, Mijatovic said: "It is not true, Diarra is not on the market. We are very pleased with him."
