Fed-up Real Madrid management ready to sell Van der Vaart

Real Madrid are ready to dump Rafael van der Vaart at the end of this season.

AS says Real sports director Pedja Mijatovic and his staff have lost all confidence in the former Hamburg midfield schemer and will sell him in the summer.

Real coach Juande Ramos doesn't rate Van der Vaart - as he showed by going with Miguel Palanca ahead of the Holland international in Saturday's defeat at Barcelona.

Madrid chiefs are fed-up with Van der Vaart, who they see as overweight and lacking motivation.
