Real Madrid coach Ancelotti happy naming Zidane his No2

New Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti yesterday named Zinedine Zidane as his No2.

Ancelotti was unveiled as new Real coach yesterday after gaining a release from his contract at PSG.

Ancelotti said: "He'll be on the bench. The problem is that he can't play... (laughing). Zizou has been a fantastic player and he has now decided to assume the role of manager. I'm very happy to work alongside him. He will be a great assistant, apart from Paul Clement, who is my usual assistant, and Giovanni Mauri, who will be the fitness trainer."
