Cristiano Ronaldo struck twice as Real Madrid won 4-0 at Eibar.
James Rodriguez gave Real a lead which was added to just before half-time by Ronaldo.
Karim Benzema made it 3-0 with 20 minutes left and Ronaldo's penalty rounded off a comfortable success and took him to 25 goals for the season, 20 in La Liga.
Real coach Carlo Ancelotti said: "The game was good from start to finish, we played with great concentration. I value the whole team's work. Eibar played their game, they are team that fights and are well organised defensively. They were effective on the counter. But Real Madrid were great in every aspect of the game: defensively, in attack, with dead ball situations…"
