Real Madrid ace James Rodriguez was the most searched sportsman on Google for 2014.
The top ten list also includes Barcelona stars Neymar and Luis Suarez, along with Malaga's Mexican goalkeeper Memo Ochoa.
James finished ahead of several global names, including he former F1 driver Michael Schumacher, the Marussia driver Jules Bianchi, the NFL players Ray Rice and Richard Sherman and the swimmer Michael Phelps.
He also appears in the top ten of the most searched for sportsmen on Google España, albeit down in sixth place. The Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo tops the list for Google España, which also includes Leo Messi, Iker Casillas, Sergio Ramos, Neymar, Luis Suárez, Diego Costa, Xabi Alonso and Gareth Bale.
