Karim Benzema's agent has insisted the French forward will not be leaving Real Madrid in this summer's transfer window.
Benzema has been linked with moves to Premier League sides Manchester United and Arsenal in recent weeks, with new Real Madrid coach Rafael Benitez reportedly preparing to play Gareth Bale as his lead forward after assuming control at the Bernabeu.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger side-stepped questions on his possible interest in Benzema as he stated "that is not happening at the moment" when asked to comment on the rumours linking him with a move for the 27-year-old, yet the player's agent Karim Djaziri has forcefully confirmed his client will be staying in the Spanish capital.
"Karim is very happy at Real Madrid and he will be a Real Madrid player by the end of this transfer window, 1,000 percent," Djaziri told Sky Sports News. "Karim is not looking to move anywhere this summer."
Benzema has spent the past six seasons at Real Madrid, scoring 134 goals in 281 appearances in all competitions and he was part of their Champions League winning team in the 2013-14 season.
The player, however, has offered no comment on the debate surrounding his future at Real Madrid.
