Real Madrid will pay tribute to Cristiano Ronaldo with a special ceremony on Friday after he became the club's all-time top goalscorer, according to the Spanish press.
Marca and AS' front pages lead on the Portuguese superstar, following his momentous achievement in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
Ronaldo scored twice against Malmo - his 500th and 501st career goals - taking his Madrid tally to 324, one ahead of Raul's previous record if you believe Marca, or 323 goals, level with Raul if you believe AS.
There is some contention over whether the goal was his 323rd or 324th in Madrid colours, following a deflected free-kick in 2010 that was attributed to him by some media outlets but not by others.
To celebrate the milestone, Madrid will hold a special tribute for Ronaldo in the press box at the Bernabeu on Friday afternoon, with the entire first-team squad in attendance.
Ronaldo's astonishing tally for Real Madrid is made even more impressive with the fact it has taken him just 308 matches, and six years, to get there. Raul played 741 games to reach his record.
Elsewhere in Spain, there is team news ahead of Sunday's Madrid derby, which sees Real travel to Atletico in La Liga.
Marca report Gareth Bale and Sergio Ramos have returned to training and will target a starting berth at the Vicente Calderon, while AS go one better to say Ramos will definitely be in Rafa Benitez's starting XI.
Over in Italy, Friday's La Gazzetta dello Sport leads on Gianluigi Buffon's snub by the Ballon d'Or panel.
The headline 'Buffoonery' makes their feelings clear after a 59-name shortlist for World Player of the Year was revealed, with Juventus and Italy goalkeeper Buffon not making the cut.
They report 'exclusively' that six Juventus players are in, but Gigi, at 37 years old, is 'neglected'.
Tuttosport look back to Juve's Champions League success over Sevilla on Wednesday, paying homage to striker Alvaro Morata, who has netted in each of the club's last two Group D matches.
They say he is on the trail of former Real Madrid team-mate Ronaldo, although the masses gathered in the Bernabeu press box on Friday will surely have something to say about that.
