Premier League superstar agrees deal to join Real Madrid

Real Madrid have reportedly secured the signing of their newest galactico!.

Reports claim Real Madrid have finally won the race to sign Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard. According to reports from Sport Magazine and 101 Great Goals, both of whom quote Voetbal, Hazard wants to leave Chelsea in the summer and he has already agreed on a deal to join Spanish giants Real Madrid.

The Belgian reportedly said: “My plan is to win the title with Chelsea… after which I want to sign for Real Madrid and win the Ballon d’Or.” Further reports in Belgium claim that talks between Hazard and Madrid director Jose Angel Sanchez were held as early as November 2016.

Chelsea will be determined to get huge money from Real Madrid if they are to let go of their prized asset.

Eden Hazard has been in fine form for Chelsea this season. Closely missing out on the PFA player of the year award to Chelsea team-mate N’golo Kante, Hazard has been at his tricky best as he has tormented opposition defences with ridiculous ease.

Also, Real Madrid manager Zidane is a huge fan of the Belgian winger. In an earlier interview, the Frenchman had even claimed that Hazard was the third best player in the world after Ronaldo and Messi:

"After (Cristiano) Ronaldo and (Lionel) Messi, Hazard is my favourite player. It is spectacular to watch him play," Zidane said. "If I see him playing for Real Madrid? I can only say I love the player.”

It promises to be a summer of great change at Real Madrid. Florentino Perez is determined to build a squad of galacticos and superstars who will dominate world football and the signing of Eden Hazard is said to be high on his priority list. Also, with Zidane and Hazard himself keen on the switch, this move could well come to fruition in the summer transfer window.

Chelsea have also been linked with Real Madrid star Alvaro Morata and it will be interesting to see whether the Spanish striker is part of the deal to sign Eden Hazard.

The Belgian wizard is determined to leave the Premier League as a champion and Conte will be hoping that all this transfer talk does not distract Hazard during the crucial title run-in. Zidane’s Real Madrid will also be completely focussed on the task at hand as Barcelona will be looking to take advantage of any tiny slip up in the race for the La Liga title.

Eden Hazard has long been linked with a move to Real Madrid and it only looks inevitable that the Chelsea star will be a Madrid player in the near future. Having rediscovered his form this season, Hazard has shown he is one of the best players in the world at the moment and Madrid will be desperate to complete the marquee signing as early as possible.
