Chelsea land Real Madrid star as Florentino Perez begins Eden Hazard negotiations

Alvaro Morata will be a Chelsea player next year with Real Madrid still working on a deal to include Eden Hazard in the transfer, according to reports in Spain.

Morata looks set to join Antonio Conte's Chelsea revolution.

The Spain striker is Conte's top target with Diego Costa's future uncertain.

Reports have circulated claiming Morata has already bought a house in London and he has publicly admitted he'd like to work with Conte.

And Madrid are keen on selling Morata to the London club because they feel it will make Hazard more attainable, according to Spanish publication Don Balon.

Hazard is Madrid's top target as Florentino Perez looks to overhaul his squad.

Perez was furious with last weekend's Clasico defeat and wants to shake things up and Hazard is central to his plans.

Madrid were beaten at the death by a stroke of Lionel Messi genius and Perez is running out of patience with Cristiano Ronaldo and co and even Zinedine Zidane's future is uncertain.

Hazard is the new galactico Madrid want and they feel by allowing Morata to join Chelsea they could land the Belgium star.

Hazard has been back on form for the Blues this term and has helped fire them towards the title.

Chelsea are four points clear of Tottenham with five games to play and are into the FA Cup final.

But Conte is desperate for big recruits this summer and wants Morata to help spearhead their Champions League challenge next term.

The Italian wants to keep Hazard but may be powerless as the Belgium star sets his sight on life in La Liga.

Hazard is known to dream of playing for Madrid and may be unable to resist a move this summer.

Earlier this week he admitted contract talks with Chelsea had been put off until the summer.

"There is no sign of a new contract for the moment," he said. "I am focused on the last month, and we will talk later."

"It's not in my mind now. I have three years left. I just want to finish the season well and we will see afterwards."
