Cristiano Ronaldo has told Real Madrid supremo Florentino Perez to get a deal for Goncalo Guedes sealed.
That’s according to Spanish media outlet Don Balon who say the Portuguese superstar has demanded his arrival at the Bernabeu.
Guedes is currently on loan from French heavyweights Paris St-Germain at Valencia.
During his stint in La Liga he’s earning rave reviews.
The 21-year-old has bagged three goals in 11 games to help Valencia to second in the league.
Ronaldo is a hugely influential figure behind the scenes at Real.
Club chiefs want to keep their prized asset happy and Ronaldo happens to share an agent with Guedes.
Jorge Mendes looks after both stars and Perez has a close bond with the super agent.
Ronaldo, however, is wary that other clubs are sniffing around and Don Balon say he wants the transfer rubber stamped as soon as possible.
Guedes doesn’t appear to have a future at PSG.
Unai Emery already has Neymar and Kylian Mbappe on his books and would struggle to accommodate the talented forward in his first-team.
Real will face competition for his signature though.
Valencia are keen to keep him at the Mestalla Stadium permanently.
