Chelsea star Eden Hazard could force through a move to Real Madrid this summer, reports in Spain claim.
The Belgium international is a long-term target for Real.
And according to Spanish news outlet Don Balon, Hazard could use the fact that Chelsea failed to qualify for the Champions League to secure a move to La Liga.
They say Real boss Zinedine Zidane has already given the green light to the deal, with Florentino Perez ready to launch a mammoth bid.
Don Balon add that Real are ready to put their pursuit of PSG talisman Neymar on hold to secure Hazard this summer.
Chelsea winger Hazard, 27, has been heavily linked with a Stamford Bridge exit in recent months.
And with the Blues finishing fifth in the Premier League this season to miss out on Champions League football, rumours about the Belgium star leaving have intensified.
Hazard has been vocal about his Chelsea future in recent months, with the forward revealing it would be a dream to play under Zidane one day.
"Everyone knows the respect I have for Zidane as a player, but also as a manager. He was my idol," Hazard said.
"I do not know what will happen in the future. However, for sure, to play under Zidane would be a dream."
"I am enjoying life at Chelsea. I still have a lot of things to achieve with them. I am focused on playing for Chelsea."
Chelsea are back in action on Saturday afternoon, with the Blues facing Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley (5:15pm kick-off).
It could be Antonio Conte’s last game in charge at Chelsea, with relationships between the Italian and the Blues board currently strained.
