Real Madrid’s transfer ambitions could be fulfilled as they may be striking two deals worth 180 million euros for next season’s transfers.
Real Madrid are already close to signing Eden Hazard. The process of signing the Belgium international is still ongoing but it only looks like a matter of time before an agreement is reached between Chelsea and Real Madrid. The Whites have reportedly agreed upon personal terms with the left winger.
While his signing is getting closed in on, Florentino Perez is looking to get another operation done with the Blues involved. The Real Madrid president is trying to sign France international N’Golo Kante. Zinedine Zidane is a huge fan of Hazard and his compatriot Kante, and would love to have the duo at Real Madrid.
Florentino Perez believes that Eden Hazard is worth 80 million euros and is giving thoughts on matching Chelsea’s evaluation of 100 million euros. The Blues are obliged into selling Eden Hazard during the summer otherwise risk losing him for free during 2020 once his contract comes to an end.
However, they will not sell N’Golo Kante at any cost. Florentino Perez is of the opinion that the former Leicester City defensive midfielder is worth 100 million euros. However, the west Londoners feel that N’Golo Kante must account for at least 150 million euros in terms of a transfer fee if any club wants to purchase.
While Eden Hazard’s signing is now close, Florentino Perez may pass on N’Golo Kante and consider alternative options. However, in no way is the World Cup winner’s signing completely ruled out. If Chelsea’s transfer ban is lifted by FIFA or any other sport arbitration court, then Marco Asensio, Mateo Kovacic or James Rodriguez could be used to strike a deal.
