According to EsRadio and Libertad Digital’s Sergio Valentin.
Real Madrid have told playmaker Brahim Diaz that they’ll keep him around for the 2019-2020 season, according to a report from journalist Sergio Valentin, who works for Libertad Digital and EsRadio.
"There were some questions around his future but the club told Brahim Diaz that he will stay. This is an interesting move after Asensio’s injury and bad news for the many clubs who were hoping to get him in a loan deal this summer," wrote Valentin.
Brahim is indeed a good option to replace Marco Asensio in Real Madrid’s right wing. He will compete for that starting spot with players like Vinicius, Lucas Vazquez, Rodrygo or Kubo. Even Bale and James could have chances of playing if they stay in the club.
Brahim proved himself during the last few games of the 2018-2019 season. However, an unlucky injury has kept him out of Madrid’s five preseason games, although he should be close to completing his recovery and make his preseason debut.
