Real Madrid not willing to let the wonder kid go.
Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo asked Real Madrid to include Vinicius Junior in any potential deal involving Neymar Jr, according to a report from AS. Madrid, knowing that Vinicius’ career has just started, refused to include the wonder kid in any talks, per that same report.
Madrid and FC Barcelona seem to be interested in Neymar and PSG will try to get a good package from either club in return. Vinicius is still 19 years old and while he’s completed a poor preseason, Madrid want to take a chance on his tremendous upside and potential before trying to include him in any deal.
Los Blancos will wait and see the kind of player they have in Vinicius as the 2019-2020 season will be his first full season with the team. Still, Madrid will have to spend quite some money if they really want to sign Neymar away from PSG this summer.
