Neither Cirkin nor Tanganga are particularly effective going forward and both players are still learning their trade. Sessegnon potentially does have the attacking quality required but it is unclear if Jose views him as a left-back or a left-winger.
Alasdair Gold has suggested that we could make a move for Reguilon if he became available on a cut-price deal. While €20m does seem like a bargain, I do not expect us to move for a left-back before we sign a backup striker and another centre-back.
