Real Madrid have published their squad list for Wednesday’s match against Borussia Monchengladbach in the UEFA Champions League.
REAL MADRID’S SQUAD LIST:
Goalkeepers: Courtois, Lunin and Altube.
Defenders: Carvajal, E. Militão, Sergio Ramos, R. Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Odriozola and F. Mendy.
Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Isco and Arribas.
Attackers: Benzema, Asensio, Lucas V., Vini Jr. and Rodrygo.
Sergio Ramos is back with the team after missing the last few games with the muscle injury he picked up with the Spanish national team during the last FIFA break. Carvajal is also back and looks ready to start in what’s expected to be a crucial team for Real Madrid’s season.
While Madrid have recovered their defensive depth, they are still struggling in the midfield and also in the attack, with Mariano, Jovic and Hazard injured and Odegaard and Valverde also out.
All things considered, coach Zinedine Zidane will have quality players at his disposal, so there’s no reason to believe Real Madrid can’t win the game and seal their presence in the Round of 16.
