Throughout the week, one of the hottest topics in Spain was the possible arrival of Gareth Bale at Getafe.
Angel Torres confessed that the Welshman was offered to the club and that Getafe would study his signing if certain parameters were met.
MARCA was able to find out that the conversation between Getafe and the player's entourage did take place.
On Wednesday we heard from Angel Torres but on Friday Bale himself appeared before the media and gave his thoughts on the speculation.
"I'm not going to play for Getafe, that's for sure", Bale declared in a press-conference.
"Wherever I go it will be a win-win because I will play matches before the World Cup."
