He spoke ahead of Wednesday's European Super Cup.
Having scored the winner in the Champions League final in May, Vinicius Junior is one of the main focuses of the cameras and the spotlight at the Olympic Stadium in Helsinki on Wednesday's European Super Cup.
His goal in Paris is the one that has Madrid in contention for the title against Eintracht Frankfurt.
"It's very important to try to win as many games as possible, especially if you want to win in competitions as important as the Super Cup," the Br azilian told UEFA.
"We will do everything we can to achieve the first silverware that comes along in the season."
He said that such a winners' mentality is what feeds into Real Madrid's mentality.
"It's right in the DNA of this club and this shirt: to always go out for the important games, players who know how to face those days," he said.
"That was the key last season. Some games were emotional rollercoasters where everything seemed to go our way."
"The game against City at the Bernabeu [was his favourite moment]. In two minutes Rodrygo came on and scored two goals that took us to the final."
"The most important moment of the competition, I think, was that one."
The Champions League is at the very heart of that Real Madrid DNA and Vinicius believes that it could be a springboard for further success.
"It was a very important moment for us, for me, for the whole team," he confessed.
"After a great season, we had to finish it with a victory in the final."
"I always say that I have about 15 years left in my career and I don't know when my next final will be. That's why I had to enjoy it to the full."
"Scoring the winning goal was a unique feeling. There is not much to say, to write about, to talk about what it feels like."
"Only people who have experienced it, who have experienced football as we did last season, know how important it is and how happy it makes you."
The forward also paid tribute to coach Carlo Ancelotti, who he believes was crucial to the success.
"He knew how to get the best out of us. He is very kind and treats us like his children," he explained.
"He gives us peace of mind and confidence. And then there's his great work in preparing for the games".
But for the forward, this is just the beginning and he is hoping for further silverware.
"I admire the players who have achieved so much at this club, the biggest in the world," he added.
"Of course, I want to keep winning here and play for a long time to win as much as they have."
"To win five or six Champions League titles and be as influential as some of the best players who have worn the Madrid shirt."
On Wednesday, Vinicius will be aiming for his next title in Helsinki.
