Madrid lose three strikers, midfielder Flavio Conceicao

Three strikers have left Real Madrid along with Br azilian international midfielder Flavio Conceicao, the Spanish club announced on Wednesday.

Br azilian striker Rodrigo Fabri was to join Atletico de Madrid, while David Aganzo was moving to second-division Levante, Madrid said.

Jorge ' Tote' Lopez, meanwhile, has agreed to move to Real Betis, Spanish media reported.

Rodrigo joined Madrid in 1998 from Flamengo, but never played an official game for the club. Since then, he has been on loan to Flamengo, Valladolid, Sporting Lisbon and Gremio.

Flavio had joined Borussia Dortmund, the 2002 German champions, on loan for 12 months, Madrid said. None of the four departing players accompanied Madrid on their current Far East tour.

Madrid have said they're keen to reduce the size of their squad for next season and several other players are expected to leave this summer.

Reports have suggested that Spanish internationals Fernando Morientes and Albert Celades together with English midfielder Steve McManaman could also depart.
