Robinho has declared he wants to play out his career at Real Madrid.
After admitting Real coach Bernd Schuster has lifted his game to a new level this season, Robinho beamed: "Certainly, I want to retire in Madrid. This is the team which I want to spend my life with, in the good and the bad times."
"The club is the best, the city is the best. I have said that I want to leave when I'm 30 years old and as a champion of Europe."
"If my cycle says I must leave then, I will do, but if I can stay, then I will retire here."
On the controversy swirling around Barcelona star Ronaldinho, Robinho added: "I do not know if he is needing respect. Ronaldinho is the greatest star of Barcelona. When Barca does not play well, the fault is Ronaldinho's."
"He is a phenomenon and he is a great player and with work and fight he can be the same one as always."
