Real Madrid don’t want Tottenham’s Adebayor in Bale deal

Real Madrid have turned down Tottenham’s offer of Emmanuel Adebayor as part of the deal to land Gareth Bale.

Spurs threw in the Togolese striker, who has previously had a loan spell with the Spanish giants, to sweeten the proposed transfer of Welsh ace Bale.

However, Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti does not want the former Arsenal and Manchester City man at the Santiago Bernabeu meaning Tottenham may have to keep him against their will.

Adebayor does not seem to feature in Andre Villas-Boas’ plans which was made evident by his recent £25.9million signing of Roberto Soldado.
