The emerging Br azilian defender has impressed Los Blancos with his performances at the Under-20 South American Championships. And the reigning La Liga champions are ready to pay €40 million to sign him from Zenit St. Petersburg.
Robert Renan spent his formative years in his homeland, turning out for the academies of Gremio and Corinthians. And the 19-year-old turned professional with Corinthian before arriving in Europe by joining Zenit St. Petersburg. But he is yet to make his debut for the Russian outfit.
In the meantime, Renan has made his mark at the Under-20 South American Championships with Br azil. And the emerging Br azilian defender’s progress in the last few months has captured the attention of several high-profile clubs, including Real Madrid.
