Franco Mastantuono is now officially a Real Madrid player.
He was announced a month or so ago, but the fans had to wait until the player turned 18, legally allowed to become a player at the club.
On the same day, he had his presentation, which saw him wear number 30 for the club - the same number that Gonzalo Garcia was wearing last season, and the same number that enables Real Madrid to potentially sign a new player.
Real Madrid fans obviously want more, but are also excited by the prospect of Mastantuono developing as a footballer at their club.
Mastantuono gave a press conference after his presentation on Thursday, which was actually very impressive and mature for a player who had just turned 18, and he spoke about his biggest dream and goal after realising this one.
He said: "We are quick to have new dreams! My next dream is to wear the jersey and help the team in any way I can to win many titles, obviously with my club and the Argentine national team too. Those are my dreams."
That makes sense. That is true for any football player that joins Real Madrid, but I have a feeling that with this particular player, it is kind of different.
The player just simply gets it. The way he has presented himself since joining Real Madrid, giving the speech and then a very mature press conference, that is no easy feat.
Real Madrid fans should be delighted with the way Mastantuono has acted in these last couple of days, and I guess it is only a matter of time before they are delighted with the way he plays, too.
I have a pretty good feeling all these quotes will translate onto the pitch, and soon, Mastantuono will realise his goals of winning trophies with the club of his life.
