Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos was left "bitter" after their 1-1 draw at Champions League opponents CSKA Moscow.
CSKA struck a last minute equaliser.
"This is a positive result and we'll have the advantage in the return leg, playing for our home crowd. We're happy with our performance, not with the draw," said Ramos.
"After giving such a serious performance despite the cold and the pitch, the draw leaves a bitter aftertaste. We would have liked to earn a different result, but it was clear Real Madrid deserved to win."
"We drew the match with a goal here. We must now think about preparing for the return leg to reach the quarterfinals. We have enough time to prepare."
