Real Madrid reportedly view Juventus star Paulo Dybala as Cristiano Ronaldo’s eventual replacement.
Real Madrid have been backed to make a move for Dybala when the transfer window reopens at the end of the season.
The 23-year-old has struck 14 goals in 32 games to fire Juventus to the top of Serie A.
As well as Madrid, Barcelona have also been linked with a move for Dybala.
Juventus want to tie him down to a new contract but, as of yet, no agreement has been reached.
And Spanish outlet Diario Gol claims Madrid view Dybala as a potential long-term replacement for Ronaldo.
Real chief Florentino Perez loves signing marquee names and wants a player capable of winning prestigious individual awards in the future.
Ronaldo’s form has waned this season and reports have suggested he could move to China within the next two years.
Dybala could then arrive with the striker billed as a future Ballon d’Or winner.
However, Madrid will need to splash the cash to lure him away from Turin.
Juventus are demanding a fee of £103million to part with their star asset.
