Barcelona are looking to splash some of their Neymar cash - but it looks like they may have some very familiar competition if they want to land one of their top targets.
There's been plenty of speculation around the future of Kylian Mbappe, and his future is inextricably linked to Borussia Dortmund starlet Ousmane Dembele.
Mbappe has been linked with a host of major European clubs including the Catalan giants, as well as Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsena
Barcelona appeared to be ready to jump to the front of the queue for his signature, loaded with £198million of PSG's cash from the deal for Neymar.
But instead their focus has been on landing Demebele, while Madrid have been heavily linked with Mbappe.
However, according to El Mundo Deportivo, now Real Madrid are ready to offer competition to their great rivals for Dembele after pulling out of the race for Mbappe.
Under the front-page headline of 'Entangled', they say that Madrid are meddling in Barca's attempts to seal their Neymar replacement.
Dortmund meanwhile have remained steadfast in their view that Dembele will not be sold this summer, unless an astronomical offer comes their way.
The German club will demand £135million from any club who want to spirit away their most promising youngster.
Dembele scored 10 goals in 49 appearances for Dortmund last season after joining the club for less than £15m from Rennes, who are said to have a sell-on fee coming their way if he does move.
