Chelsea star forward Eden Hazard has been mentioned in an article by Marca as Real Madrid’s next top signing.
Well ahead of the summer transfer window, Real Madrid have concluded the deal to land one of their most prized targets if the report is to be believed. For Hazard to seal his dream move to the Santiago Bernabeu, Chelsea must agree to the bid on the table from Real and that seems sorted.
Marca say all three parties have an agreement in place and the Belgium international is on his way to the Spain capital. Chelsea have recruited Christian Pulisic to fill in on the wings but the American forward will come in next summer.
With Callum Hudson-Odoi emerging from the youth teams, Willian and Pedro also looking likely to remain at the club, the numbers do not look too bad, but the quality will drop. It was expected that Chelsea would put up a stronger fight than this, but with nothing confirmed, fans can only be expectant.
