Real Madrid confirmed his hamstring injury.
Real Madrid published a medical report on Brahim Diaz, who suffered a hamstring injury this Friday.
"After the tests done to our player Brahim Díaz by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a muscular injury in the left biceps femoris. His recovery will continue to be assessed."
This is very bad news for Brahim, who will need to miss at least a couple of weeks with this injury when he needs to make an impact and prove his worth in order to stay in the first team.
In any case, Diaz might be leaving the club on a loan deal this summer, given that he needs consistent and relevant minutes to keep developing as a player. He’s definitely a useful attacker and finished the season with solid performances, but he isn’t ready to be an important player for Zidane and that’s why it would make sense for both parts to sign a loan deal to another team in La Liga.
