Vinicius has already established himself as a bona fide star for Real Madrid, having had a breakout season during the 2021/22 campaign. He had always been considered as a huge talent but he finally found his finishing last time around and since then, has transformed into one of the club’s most reliable goalscorers and looks like a future Ballon d’Or contender. Roque is just 17 years of age and has already emerged as the revelation of the Copa Libertadores this season and helped his team reach the final of the biggest club competition in South America.
He currently plays for Athletico Paranaense. According to stats from Transfermarkt, Roque has scored 2 goals and provided 2 assists in 6 Copa Libertadores appearances.
Thus, he is being considered as the new sensation in Br azilian football and it is no wonder that clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid seem to be keeping an eye on the striker.
